BREATHING AND PRANA

We tend to forget the most basic things (Posture / Breathing / Eating)
Something that can really nourish us.
Before going anywhere, pay attention
to your breath, to your eating, to your posture.
Not the beginner thing, but the main work!!
Underestimate the power of simple things.

Food as the main source for our energy.
Find a nutrition that works for you.
If you feel heavy.
Eat too much or eat food that is not right with us.
What are you eating and how to do you feel afterwards?

12 POINTS FOR POSTURE
- feet on the ground, spread your toes.
- pay attention to the sitting bones
right and left are even / at the middle of the sitting bones (lean back and forw)
- relax your hands (on the thigh)
- lower back slightly arche (natural curve)
- bring the shoulders back and down (away from the neck)
- opening the chest
- lengthen the back of the neck (chin in)
- send the top of the head toward the sky
- tip of the tongue touching the roof of the mouth
- relax the jaw
- close your eyes and relax them the muscles around them.
- pay attention to your breath (feel the breath slowing down)
- what is the difference between inhalation and exhalation ?
- investigate when you inhale and exhale - in the chest? in the abdomen? collect as much details as possible.
- exhale, hold the breath, exhale more then x3. Pay attention to lower abdomen (1h08)

Apana - Exhalation (letting go, resting, sleeping, eliminating, releasing toxines, restorative time, connect to the earth, parasympathique)

Inhale and exhale are very much in relationship with each other. When inhalation is full, exhalation is full. Always coming hands in hands.
