Principles of Holistic Healing and Energy
We need to maintain our health on a daily basis.
Put those techniques in your schedule (before sleeping)
Waiting to have pain to take of ourselves is too late (and stupid)!

Health is not absence of pain, it is total harmony of our body, energy, mind and spirit.
It is our responsibility to take care of ourselves.
